Large Scale remedial works involving the removal and reinstatement of the external envelope, glazing, doors, roofing, roof-lights, balconies and structural repairs.

Following an initial desk-top study of original design and construction to identify potential causation of water ingress through the external envelope, Excel were further employed alongside Thomas Granger Limited to undertake intrusive de-constructive investigations to establish causation and advise remedial proposals.

Excel Architectural have provided technical and commercial guidance to GHPC Group and project management services to Thomas Granger Limited throughout the process.
