With the benefit of an ever-changing palate of materials and processes, project-specific bespoke facades are proven with structural calculations, thermal modelling, condensation risk analysis and both on-site and off-site CWCT, acoustic, fire and specialist material testing.

Our approach concentrates on delivering compliant, efficiently designed and constructed facades, reducing risk to programme and cost.

Engaged to undertake the management of the design, procurement of off-site fabrication, on-site construction with installation-auditing including CWCT, thermal imagery, acoustic and air infiltration testing, our services provide a co-ordinated low-risk option including Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration where required.

With a proven track record of delivering high-quality buildings we bring together specialist contractor experience with, if required, an extensive supply-chain of sizeable manufacturers, quality bespoke fabricators and efficient highly-skilled tradesmen.
