Student accommodation and dance studios, two towers (thirteen stories and nine stories) constructed concurrently with a two storey studio for the Central School of Ballet, Central London.

7000m2 four-layered façade encompassing superstructure in cementitious SIPS, secondary structural steel, cementitious and anodised aluminium rainscreen, bespoke inner and outer decorative grid, terracotta brise-soleil, high-specification curtain-wall glazing, windows and doors, UKPN sub-station doors, access-controlled bi-parting doors, frameless glass balustrades and living/green wall.
