Two multi-franchise car showrooms and a high-tech nineteen-bay aftersales facility.
Excel Group provided a turn-key solution to the Client Jacksons car dealerships and on behalf of the developers Hartford.
We undertook the design and construction of the three commercial buildings, including structural steel frame, building envelope with aluminium curtain walling, MEP Services, fit-out, Client FF+E and signage.
The large expanses of solar-controlled glazed facade, VRF air-conditioning, exposed high-level mechanical/electrical services and a varied but complimenting range of internal finishes provided a pleasant and inviting interior environment to showcase the Client’s extensive vehicle range.
Externally the ‘Jacksons’ showroom has a complimentary palette of neutral solar-controlled glazed curtain walling, stone cladding, insulated through-colour render, aluminium/steel roofline and bespoke aluminium Porsche cladding, that provides a modern and high-quality visual that sits comfortably with the cleanly detailed ‘Motor-Mall’ and functional ‘Aftersales’ buildings alongside.
